How fast will this klaus /Caroline/tyler love thing be... I want some major devleloping for my girl and all the love triangle crap keeps getting in the way.

Caroline needs to be single in my opinion. She's never not had a love interest.

Season 1: Damon to Matt
Season 2: Matt to Tyler
Season 3: Tyler to Klaus
Season 4 Tyler to Klaus and even quite possibly Matt again

(I understand that Damon wasn't exactly a love interest but it still counts as a relationship no matter how horrible it was.)

Caroline needs to be developed outside of being someone's love interest and being the comic relief. She is a waste of space in a lot of her scenes. She's just there, not doing anything useful or interesting. Her character takes up screen time that could be given to further develop Bonnie or Tyler, Matt, Jeremy or even herself. Give her more substance. Give her some realistic struggles. I find it incredibly hard to believe just how perfect she is at being a vampire. Hasn't even been a vampire for a year yet has better control than every other vampire on the show? Please

She is like the vampire version of Mother Teresa.

Big YES for single Caroline. That would possibly make her enjoyable for me.

Out of all the girls Caroline has had the most relationships on this show, for some reason that is all her plot has been about. For the exception of her dad trying to kill her and becoming a vampire. It said that all the romance is getting in the way of her development and her storyline progression. It really sad to see because I really like Caroline I want to see something other then the romance stuff going on.

Right, everything she does is about a boy. I really loved season 1, and even more season 2 Caroline, but season 3 has been such a stand still for her character development. She was just there for the most part to be honest. I want to love Caroline again but this preachy, I'm perfect Caroline needs to fade.

I did not like Caroline in season 1.

I didn't like Caroline S1 but I did like that she was intresting to watch. She was flawed and sometimes it nice to have great flawed characters that you hate to watch but you just can turn away because they bring somthing to the story.

I think she isn't at all developed enough, I think the writers instead of spending anytime build her up after she turned into a vamp just made all her flaws go away and turned her in to a mary sue that is sometimes a boss. I think Caroline could have been so much better if we see more struggle from her as a vampire... if all there human traites our multiplied then that is what should have happen to Caroline... but they didn't and instead of developing her they stick her in all these relationships

This isn't wait she needs... I want Caroline not Caroline plus a boy... just Caroline working on herself.

I love Caroline... loved her from the start and I still love her now... I just wish that her story had been told better. I don't like the fact that she went from being on the narcissist side to being like the a mother hen to Elena and Bonnie because she wasn't anything like that to start with.

Who she was before she change should have cared over and I don't think doing things the Stefan way should have changed he so drasticly and if it did then we should she her struggle through it. I want to see some more depth. i will always love this character i can't stop now... i just want a better story for her

Right, they were on the path in season 2 when she was jealous and insecure with Matt. Then it just was like all her qualities that made her Caroline just went away, so I really hope they bring Caroline back and take the holier than thou Caroline back where she came from.

Not sure if this is true or not but I really... really hope that it isn't. I would rather her break up with Tyler and just spend time finding herself then throwing her into another relationship.

It like her realationship are her plot devices and it's really not needed.

Yeah! It'll be interesting to see Elena & Caroline fall out since Bonnie & Caroline have fallen out, Elena and Bonnie have fallen out but we've never seen Elena & Caroline fall out

But I just wanted to say I'm so proud of Caroline, not falling for Kyler.

It is moments like this that I just want to slap the writers... because it is so clear that they are trying to drive a wedge between these to so that they have a reason for Karoline to happen.

I like Karoline and I would love to see this happen but not at the expense of character development. This epsidoe at that scene where she could understand why Tyler was upset was like... Caroline taking ten steps backwards. Not to metion her reasoning for going on a date with Klaus was lame... urg why are they making Caroline make dumb ass mistakes like Elena?

They gave me a gem in this epsiode and then they ruined it with this ... well here is hoping they don't turn Caroline into a cheater because I will have to send a very angry letter to the writers.... again lol.

Caroline is slowly making me not like her, TBH. I already despise Klaroline, so her being so idiotic is not helping her case with me.

Her reasoning for going a date with Klaus was definitely a cop-out because I am sure Klaus would have let him kill a hybrid regardless because he needs Elena alive and would do whatever it takes to keep up with his plan. And Chris was going to die any way from betraying Klaus, so like I said, cop-out to build up Klaroline.

At this rate, I'm leaning towards Hayley/Tyler.

i'm not into this forwood vs klaroline war as i thought i'd be when i heard that season 4 would be 'the season of klaroline' i probably will always be a forwood shipper but i'm really disliking caroline at the moment to be honest! if and when forwood break up, it will be a shame but i won't be heartbroken. i'll be more angry if caroline jumps straight into klaus' bed because that would show that she has pretty much just jumped from matt to tyler to klaus. i never thought i'd say this but right now, i'd rather a tyler/hayley relationship than a tyler/caroline relationship. caroline is just doing my head in!

Me either, but I just can't get on the Klaroline train. But I'm not into orwood as I used to be and I'm okay with that. I absolutely love Tyler and have been secretly shipping him and Hayley, but I'm sure she will day in a few episodes anyway.
